HRCRM is a comprehensive human resources management SaaS designed for growing organisations. It centralises staff management, payroll processing, attendance tracking and financial assistance loans in a single, clean interface — eliminating the need for multiple disconnected tools.
The Challenge
The client was running HR operations across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and a legacy payroll tool. Data was fragmented, attendance was tracked manually, and loan management was done entirely on paper. They needed a unified platform that non-technical HR staff could use without training.
Our Solution
We built a multi-module SaaS with an intuitive sidebar navigation separating Staff, Payroll, Attendance, and Reports. Each module was designed with clarity first — data tables with smart filters, inline editing and bulk operations. The payroll module handles salary disbursements and tracks outstanding employee loans with automatic deduction scheduling.
